I am thankful to AIT Career Center for organizing a Career Talk with TEAM Group of companies which paved the way for my journey with TEAM. It was a great opportunity to meet Dr. Saratchai Ongprasert, the head of Advanced Technology Center of TEAM who was impressed with my master’s thesis on Building Information Modeling (BIM). After a few rounds of interviews, I was selected as a R&D Engineer for their Advanced Technology Center.

It is a great opportunity be a part of TEAM. The guidance of my advisers headed by Dr. Bonaventura Hadikusumo at the department of CEIM, AIT was a great motivation.

I learned about the Management Associate Program at Prudential Life Assurance during the AIT Career Fair held in March 2023. I immediately applied by submitting my CV through Prudential’s LinkedIn opening. I was invited to take an online aptitude test and a video interview as part of the selection process. The next stage involved a whole-day assessment wherein I joined 30 other candidates from various universities in Bangkok. The assessment comprised several rounds, including a group case study and an individual case presentation. I successfully navigated each round and was selected for the prestigious program. This happened a few weeks before my graduation ceremony in May. In the next 24 months, I will be rotated through various departments at Prudential while gaining valuable insights into different facets of their operations. I firmly believe that this rotational program will broaden my horizons and provide me with a solid foundation in management and leadership.

I would like to extend special thanks to my professors and my family for their guidance and support throughout my academic and professional journey. Their teachings and mentorship have played a vital role in shaping my knowledge and skills, which ultimately contributed to my success in securing this opportunity. Also, I am grateful to the AIT Career Center for their continuous efforts in connecting students with remarkable opportunities.

“Willingness to learn and to be open for the opportunities”. This is my inspiration while seeking employment during the AIT Career Fair. As a fresh graduate with little to no work experience, one of the hardest parts was deciding how and where to start my career. I saw the placement from Essilor Luxottica about the STEM Graduate Program, which I found interesting because the company gave me an international career opportunity as a fresh graduate to develop both technical and managerial skills. I applied for this placement hoping to be part of the company, and after numerous individual and group interviews, I was successfully hired by Essilor Luxottica. The company helped me develop my long-term career goals, gain experience while working with experts, and make connections with individuals around the world.

I am very grateful and honored to be part of Essilor Luxottica, and I am thankful for the AIT Career Fair for assisting and providing career opportunities to us students of AIT.
