Responsibilities:
- Perform operational excellence by being the go-to-person for production in all aspects.
- Controls and reviews the preparation of production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that leather products are meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Enhance quality mindset and quality control of production aspects in all process.
- Monitoring and analyzing production performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage deadlines based on delivery plan and targets.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless leathers productivity, quality and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with management system and acting as the champion on products, quality and delivery commitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineer in an industrial engineer, chemical engneer or equivalent qualification
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Minimum 1-5 years in Manufacturing especially in Tannery/Leather industrial experiences would be advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business.
- Work independent, communicative, logically, patient, fast and eager to learn.
- Innovative, energetic to work in a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Onsite work, location at Nakohn Luang, Ayutthaya
