Project Engineer/Project Coordinator at Kanok Furniture and Decoration Co., Ltd

Job Description:

  1. Manage and supervise on going projects (Interior work).
  2. Manage plans and programs based upon the contract.
  3. Executed plan to be completed efficiently to committed schedules.
  4. Monitor, report and develop corrective actions, trouble solving concerning all other contractor’s and consulting against plans.
  5. Establish, update and follow-up the site construction documentations.
  6. Follow-up and evaluate the progress of work and regularly reporting to GM.

Qualifications:

  • Age over 25 years.
  • India, Srilanka, Nepal, and Myanmar nationalities will be highly considered.
  • Bachelor in Construction engineering or Architecture or related field.
  • Have experience in  managing interior or construction projects for at least 5 years. Newly graduates are also welcome.
  • Able to create and manage document management system on site.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate, MS Office & MS Project.
  • Good command of reading, writing and speaking in English.
